Create a Data Center

This is an easy action that users can do on the Infrastructure management view.

The first section that user shows it is the list of data centers that are in the cloud.

In this point, user can create   modify or delete a data Center. The tool bar for these actions are in the bottom of the data center list.

When users wants to create o modify a dataCenter has to type the following information:

• Name.
• Location (Using standard google maps format).

• More over, user has to create Remote Services. Where user has to type:
  • The Remote Service type.
  • Name.
  • URL. On creation, abiCloud to a ping to assure that the service exists on the datacenter.

In all the popUps described, with the OK button user accepts the changes and with CANCEL button user returns to the previous pag.

Useful Information It's important that each Data Center contains a virtual Factory service. This service allows users to deploy virtual appliances over the physical infrastructure of the selected dataCenter. If this component is not well developed, it will appears alerts that helps System Administrator to solve it.
